Acceptance of Engagement
By accessing makananseimbang.id and utilizing our healthy meal delivery platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Makananseimbang, registered at Jl. Malioboro No. 45, Yogyakarta.
We provide a high-performance meal kit service designed for individuals seeking precision nutrition. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, the use of our digital interface and nutritional services is restricted.
Subscription & Calorie-Controlled Set Meals
Ordering System
Clients may order healthy meals through our encrypted portal. Subscription cycles are processed weekly. You are responsible for ensuring all contact and address details are accurate to prevent dispatch errors.
Payments for our balanced daily menu plans are processed in advance. We accept local Indonesian bank transfers and major credit cards via our secure gateway.
Cancellations
Modifications to your calorie-controlled set meals must be finalized 48 hours prior to the next delivery cycle. Cancellations made within this window are subject to a processing fee as ingredients are sourced specifically for your plan.
Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, primarily focusing on service failures or verifiable quality discrepancies.
Logistics & Handling
Our diet menu with delivery operates primarily within the Special Region of Yogyakarta and surrounding sectors. Delivery windows are scheduled between 06:00 and 09:00 for breakfast packages and 10:00 to 12:00 for lunch/dinner sets.
Makananseimbang utilizes temperature-controlled transport to ensure freshness. Once a delivery is completed at the designated drop-off point, the responsibility for storage (refrigeration) and immediate food safety shifts to the client.

In cases of extreme floods or volcanic activity in the DIY region, delivery may be rescheduled.
Nutritional Data Accuracy
Every balanced daily menu is calculated by our in-house nutritionists. However, macro-nutrient values are estimates based on standard laboratory averages for ingredients.

Makananseimbang provides nutritional support, not medical intervention. Our meals are designed for general wellness and balanced variety. We are not a clinical facility; for specific individual dietary requirements, consultation with a medical professional is recommended. We do not provide specialized menus for complex metabolic conditions.
Allergy Protocol
While we observe strict hygiene standards, our facility handles nuts, soy, gluten, and seafood. We cannot ensure an environment entirely free from trace cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies utilize our services at their own discretion.
User Conduct
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the makananseimbang.id digital infrastructure. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including proprietary recipes and nutritional data, will result in immediate termination of service and legal review.
